Minto Opens Furnished models at Bonita Isles in Bonita Springs Florida.

Minto Communities Florida is making a big splash on the West coast of southern Florida. Several new communities are planned for 2013 and 2014.

Currently Bonita Isles just opened four furnished model homes including single family and villa’s. Sizes range from 1,862 square feet to 2,387 square feet. Located at Bernwood Parkway and Old U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs.

Minto also bought the old Sable Bay property in East Naples of 2300 acres with plans to build 1600 homes off US41 on the East trail.
