Isles of Collier Preserve

Isles of Collier Preserve

The Canadian Builder Minto, has jumped into Naples and South Florida with several new communities. This one is going to be very special with a new name, The Isles of collier preserve, Formaly known as Sable Bay and located just minutes from downtown Naples.

The elegant new energy-efficient Minto homes will be nestled on 2,300 pristine acres, over half of which will be preserved as natural habitat. A network of waterways, miles of hiking and kayaking trails, a vibrant social club, and available membership at the prestigious Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, all convenient to the nearby shops of 5th Avenue, Gulf beaches and area attractions. Look for more information on this community, right here at OwnInNaples.

Sabal Bay would be about the same size as Pelican Bay in North Naples, but not as intensely developed.

The new community will be built south of Thomasson Drive. It will stretch from U.S. 41 on the east to Dollar Bay on the west and back up to the revived Treviso Bay project, a sprawling 1,050-acre luxury golf course community that has been taken over by Miami-based Lennar Corp.

Sabal Bay will offer a different lifestyle than Treviso Bay, where there are more than 1,000 homes still to be built. The newer project will be a more ecology focused, resort-style community without a golf course.

At build out, Sabal Bay would have about 1,600 homes. About 1,300 acres of the project will be preserves, lakes and natural habitat. There will be miles of natural trails for hiking, biking, walking and kayaking.
