haciendaA new community coming in late 2013 named Hacienda Lakes, on the east side of Collier Boulevard at Rattlesnake Hammock road. Taylor Morrison has 150 acres in this new community and plans to build 350 homes. Hacienda Lakes is approved for more than 1,500 homes.

Hacienda Lakes in East Naples, a 2,262 acre development off Collier Boulevard near Physicians Regional Medical Center, has begun clearing land and has started the beginning infrastructure. This large project will include the extension of Rattlesnake-Hammock Road east of Collier Boulevard among other road improvements.

This project will include 1,500 acres of preserve area, 1,760 homes, 327,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of professional medical offices, 135 room hotel, a public school and business park. All of this will bring jobs to Collier County, something we have been looking forward to for a few years now.

Collier Boulevard is the area of growth for Naples. In addition to the Hospital, this location is also home to, Edison State College, Publix, Walmart, Carrabba’s, Applebees and many small businesses. The new community will be close to Marco Island for the vacation buyer and convenient to I-75 for the local full time homeowner. Hacienda lakes is expected to have several price points and home styles to suite a wide range of customers.
